She does, it's Evelyn. It's been mentioned a couple of times in the story, but I try to avoid using it because I want people to view her like a dangerous landscape or a powerful force of nature rather than a person, which is also why the story has ventured into her perspective of things.

We'll learn more about the Voice in due time. ;)

Yes! Initially it was just going to be about Rikku, but in later chapters I've introduced Paine and Yuna so it made sense to change the title.
