Two missing parents, one hungry daughter. With feet?
I'm usually not too big on unaware scenarios, but this story was an exception for me. Mostly because of how well the parents plight and characters were portrayed. Anita in particular, being a mother who - while shrunken and scared out of her mind - was worried, and even inspired, for the wellbeing of her daughter. That was very good. The only thing I had trouble imagining was the exact size of the parents. i knew they were pretty tiny, but it was a bit difficult to put into my mind just how tiny exactly.
Great job overall though, keep up the good writing.
One of my consistent problems as a writer is getting consistent size. I never clearly identified it, but but Frank was slightly larger than Anita, and Anita was likely about the size of a grain of salt or so, making Frank maybe half of a millimeter. I'm glad yopu enjoyed it though! Emotion is a huge part of my writing. Thanks for your review!
A shrunken brother has been the property of his sister Carly for the past 5 years, but finally discovers what might ultimately save him from the cruel enslavement of his giant sibling.
Wow... yeah... Carly is clearly not mentally sound. Five long years being held prisoner like this would just utterly break a person down to a souless shell of his or her former self. No contact with other family or friends is damaging enough, the torture on top of that... yeah, unbearable. Can't say I'm really sympathizing with her yet... maybe I will though if karma ever comes back and pays her back for doing all of this.
This story has definitely gone into extremes in some respects, which does... make it a bit iffy to me, but I'm still enjoying it. In fact, I've honestly enjoyed most of your stories on here; You're definitely one of my favorite authors~
I don't mind you being wordy either... I appreciate the vivid descriptions of everything... I'm actually pretty heavy on the words myself when I write. =p
So yeah, please keep up the great work. I'm very interested in seeing what's going to happen here. It's nothing short of amazing how Jack has even a shred of sanity left in himself after five years of this cruelty.

carly is difficult to sympathize with, although part of it is that i have so much fun writing her, i have trouble disliking her ;)
on the extremes, all i can say is that this is rated R and tagged with violent/sadistic for a reason, but i'm glad you continue to enjoy even if it's not your favorite.
Ahhh, I've been anxious to see more of this one, glad you found time to write another chapter. Gotta say, I'm still rooting for some kind of salvation for poor Jack here, and maybe, JUST maybe... he's found it... that or a fate worse than his own sister. :p

Oh dear, Chloe got a little TOO attached there, didn't she? Makes me wonder how many goldfish she might've downed...lol.
And gee, how swell... it's freakin Carly again... Well, on the bright side, at least she saved him from being digested... but on the other hand, he's probably going to wish he was digested after the inevitable excruciating torture that's sure to come after this...
Although I'm hoping to see this story continue on with Sophie... I doubt she's just gonna stop looking.

That basically sums up my thoughts, lol. Now Carly can finally see the world the way Jack's tiny eyes have for the past 5 years... and that'll definitely be awesome. Glad it finally happened, and I'm really interested in Carly's fate now, what she'll experience in her shrunken form, how she'll react, etc... There's a LOT to explore there.
And Jack... dear Jack... well, I enjoyed his defiance - it really carried this story. Seems he finally became a "pet" in this chapter... I wonder if he'll become dedicated to Sohpie now, with his altered mental state... or if he'll snap back. Gotta hand it to the guy, five years of hell is long time to hold out with any shred of sanity left in ya skull.

I think my favorite part out of all of this though, was Jack's final confrontation with his fallen sister. He didn't let himself become a merciless brute, he wanted to be better than his sister, and he won that battle. Of course, she definitely had that punch coming. ;)
