Summary:

When Chris’s parents go on a second honeymoon during his summer vacation, they leave him in the charge of an unwelcome babysitter, and things quickly go from bad to worse when this much-abhorred sitter hatches a plan to have some fun with him...much to Chris’s dismay.

This story is based on an original idea from aow4321 on Writing.com, to whom I give full credit for the creation of most of the characters involved therein.

12/28/2023: 1 million reads and counting! 🥳 For anyone just finding this story, I want to reassure you that the main story has concluded and is complete. For those of you who have been waiting patiently for an update, I know it’s been an over a year since this story concluded, but I wanted to assure those of you who have been waiting patiently for the Giantess Shannon alternate chapter that I am planning to get back to work on it once my current story is finished. As I mentioned before, I’ve never actually written a growth story before, as it’s not something that I’m really that into, but I have been collaborating with, and taking suggestions from, several of my readers and fellow authors as to how to write such a project, and have been working to create a finished product that’s worthy of posting.

After I finish my latest project, I want to get back and finish this before jumping into my next novel, so feel free to provide any more suggestions—scenarios, interactions, etc.—that you have in your reviews. I want to create something high quality that everyone can enjoy.

Ah...glad to hear it's going well, and good luck with the reworked ending to WGP! Have to say, I know you want to keep Shannon manageable, but would love to see her get to 400+ feet in the city. That way Chris (if he grows back), Sue Ann, etc would look as small to her (1 inch or smaller if she grows past 400 ft) as Chris previously looked to Shannon in a great twist! Not to mention the city would be much more a playground. Glad to hear about the footplay, and either way, I'm sure it will be awesome!

If I didn’t mention it before, the alternate chapter is going to take place right after Rachel finds out about Chris while he’s over at Sue Anne’s. He’s definitely going to be growing, but it’s going to be in relation to how tall Shannon is growing; that way he can end up trap with her again, possibly between her toes.

I’m not sure as of yet exactly how tall I want Shannon to grow, but I want her to be a or to interact with other people with them at different sizes relative to her: with them the size of dolls, tiny figures, etc. I’m hoping to have a little bit of everything so that giantess growth fans can find something that they like.

Hey! Thought I'd check in to see if there's a status update on the new Shannon alternate ending. I'm guessing you won't be able to put it up until after With Great Power is wrapped up (which is also an awesome story!). Also, any thoughts on how big Shannon might grow? Looking forward to it!

Hey, thanks for checking in!

Yes, the alternate giantess Shannon ending has been delayed due to having to rework the ending of “With Great Power...”, but fear not, it is in the works, and the outline is coming along, though it’s nowhere near complete.

I’m thinking of having Shannon grow through various sizes: 6-7 feet, 10-15ft, to 20-25ft; then, I’d like to have her grow to about 50ft, and then to around 100ft tall, and possibly a little bigger. Basically, I want those involved to have to experience her at multiple sizes, though ultimately still manageable. I plan to have a lot of feet action, as well as ass and pussy insertion.

It’s going to be a massive chapter (and a massive undertaking) so keep checking back!

Thanks for responding! If you're looking for ideas, I'd suggest the below without getting too prescriptive. I think the chapter should pick up with the prospect of Chris ' parents coming home and Shannon thinking she would likely be arrested for what she's done. She has tiny Ray and thinks, if he can create a growth formula, she can grow out of her problems because, if she was big enough, neither Chris' parents nor the police would be able to hold her accountable for what she did. She tricks Ray into producing it by seducing him and promising to use it to use it to restore his size to be her boyfriend. He makes it and Shannon is, just then confronted by Sue Ann, Rachel, and very tiny Chris. The police gather outside with Chris parents to arrest Shannon. There's a fight inside and the formula spills on both Shannon and Chris. Both grow proportionally and slowly. Shannon grows out of the house as the others flee. She plays with the police before growing again as the formula continues to take effect. Each time Shannon grows, Chris does too. In her fun playing with the police and Chris' parents, she momentarily forgets Rachel, Sue Ann, Chris and Ray who escape. Shannon remembers themand heads towards Ray's labi.n the city before they can recreate the formula and stop her. We jump to Sue Ann, Ray, Rachel, and a now full sized Chris downtown. As tiny Ray recreates the formula, he reveals that, as Shannon and Chris got equal doses, they will grow proportionally and, as Chris is now full sized, Shannon must be (select the size) 800 feet tall. They feel a rumble as sirens sound. It's Shannon's footfalls, and her foot or something fill the view from the window. Shannon sensuality urges Chris to come out reminding him how he loved her feet and he would love playing with them at this size. Beyond that, defer to you. Perhaps Shannon gets her hands on the second dose of growth formula and grows thousands of feet tall and it becomes Shannon's world. Perhaps Rachel grows and challenges Shannon. I'd love to see lots of footplay. Maybe also interaction with the army. Maybe there's a harbor next to the city and Sue Ann, Chris, and Rachel try to escape by boat to see only to have Shannon picks the boat out of the water and plays with it like a bath toy. Maybe she gets hig enough to do it with the whole navy. If Shannon gets the second dose and grows miles tall, she could play with whole buildings between her toes as Chris initially tries to escape and is slowly seduced my their gigantic size. He could explore the vastness of her soles as Shannon enjoys and comments on her titanic size.

I think the intro is terrific. Having detailed context adds so much depth to the story and enriches the interaction of the characters. It also makes it easier for the reader to put themselves into the story. Then, once that is done, you can jump right into the text knowing the personal dynamics. Great add!

Also, do you still plan to do an alternate ending with Shannon becoming a giantess? I'm still hopeful, and great to see you posting to this story again!

That’s the exact reaction I was hoping for! I want readers to know what they’re in for, which requires a detailed summary; the problem is, I don’t want to turn them off with a long summary as they’re scrolling through the recent stories. I figured this was the best option. The other challenge was making it long enough without giving away too much of the plot: The website requires chapters to be at least 500 words long, so I had to add a lot of colorful and descriptive language, which I guess shows off my writing style and hopefully attracts readers to continue with the story. <br /><br />

I want you to know that I am fully planning on doing an alternate ending with Shannon is a giantess. Unfortunately, growth stories aren’t my forte, so I’m working hard to make sure I get it just right. Not only that, in order to do it justice, the chapter is going to be long…Very long....probably is the largest in the story, which I guess is fitting. I refuse to do a half assed job, and I want the chapter to flow smoothly. I’ve got parts of it written, at least the parts I know I want, but I’m not sure exactly how to end it. Slowly but surely it’s getting done, but I have other stories I’m trying to work on in tandem as well. Keep checking back, and hopefully you’ll be pleased and impressed with the final result.

Author's Response: While I AM planning on one last alternate chapter with Shannon as a giantess, it is, unfortunately, on indefinite hold. I’ve hit a block as far as the outline and how I want events to flow, and as giantess growth stories aren’t my strong suit, I’d rather wait to produce quality content rather than write a sub-standard chapter, which will most likely be a lengthy one. As ideas come to me, I will jot them down, but I’ve taken a short break from writing for now due to work and other personal projects. I would like to revisit this story in the future, but for now, until I at least get an outline completed, its on hiatus.

Another quick idea for the alternate ending could include Rachel growing giant to fight the already gigantic Shannon. There's really a lot of fun to be had with this alternate storyline, and Shannon makes a perfect giantess. Great chapter, and can't wait for the epilogue! Also, per your request, a few ideas for the long alternate ending chapter. It might make sense to pick it up when Sue Ann and Rachel have a growing Chris. With Shannon tracking Chris to Sue Ann's and his parents returning soon, her only escape from authorities is to flee or grow herself. Chris grows back to normal with Sue Ann and Rachel over the next day. They call the police who come to Sue Ann's to take the report when they feel what seems to be minor, rhythmic earthquakes. You can guess the confrontation and surprise when they see Shannon's gigantic feet outside the window... I think it would be awesome if she started as a small giantess of 100 ft and grew bigger to the point where she's unstoppable. Maybe from 100 to 500 to 1000 feet...to a mile? That way she could make the whole city her foot toy. I'd live to see Rachel, Sue Ann, and Chris trying to escape the city on a cruise ship along with thousands of others when Shannon swims to the ship at 1000 or 5000 ft tall and makes it like a bath toy. Lots of bare feet footplay would be amazing and I could totally see someone with Shannon's personality playing with whole buildings between her toes or making 1/4 inch tall people (from her perspective) climb her wrinkled soles. Really looking forward to it!

Author's Response: I was also thinking of picking things up in the alternate chapter around the same time as well. I’m thinking of moving through several giantess phases, from about 7-15ft, then slowly getting larger after that. I’m still working on the chain of events, so I appreciate the help.

I just have a feeling that Rachel is not going to call the cops but instead just show up to help. She is headstrong but has a good heart. Fortunately when she arrives she won't be in any danger as the sole giantess. I can't wait to see Shannon get some comeuppance, and I really can't wait to see the view micro Chris has of her! I hope he gets to explore her landscape sized sole. I bet those wrinkles look like mountains now.

I also am looking forward to the weekly posts and the alternate ending with a likely giantess Shannon scenario. Hopefully it will be more than 1 chapter? There's a lot of fun to be had with a giantess Shannon scenario...particularly with her goddess complex and a whole city of little toys!

Author's Response: Well, Rachel has been pretty impulsive and has let her emotions get the better of her lately, so she may not be able to help herself. As for Shannon, she’s been taking some undue risks, and unknowingly squishing Ray might just come back to haunt her.

Most likely, the alternate chapter will only be a one-off, but it’ll be as long as it needs to be to properly tell the story. Remember how long the chapter with Janet Carson was?

I really hope Rachel or someone finds and helps him grow back to normal size and together they plot to bring Shannon to justice, but just as they form a plan Shannon shows up giant in size. I'd love for her to figure out how to grow herself to 500 or 1000 feet to find and continue to torment Chris (and a whole city) as Shannon demeanor makes her a perfect giantess!

Author's Response: I actually agree with you that Shannon would make a perfect giantess, so I think what I’m going to do is work on some outlines for an alternative chapter where Shannon grows. I have a few ideas circling around in my head for how it would play out, but I would certainly appreciate some suggestions. Awesome to hear you were also thinking along the giantess Shannon line. Given her mix of cockiness and playfulness, I could see a giantess Shannon initially act as if she were going to teach Chris a lesson for escaping her...possibly with a demonstration of her power which would depend on her size. I could also see her playful side coming out by letting Chris climb her now titanic feet or playing with buildings between her toes. Perhaps another storyline is Chirs escapes her once again as she terrorizes the city. Maybe he and Rachel try to escape Shannon by sailing away on a large ship or cruise ship when suddenly Shannon attacks the ship approaching from underneath the water and uses the ship as her toy. There are an endless supply of strong storylines once you open it to Shannon becoming a giantess because her character and persona are ideal for it!

I really love this story, and I especially love the emerging rivalry between Shannon and Sue Ann for Chris's affection. When Shannon started talking about Chris developing feelings for her, I thought again of how awesome it would be for, when Chris regains his height, to pursue Sue Ann. The only way for Shannon to get him back (and to avoid a likely arrest for what she did to Chris, is for Shannon to find a growth serum and grow to a giantess. That way she could force Chris to return to her and there is nothing Sue Ann could do to help him. Perhaps she could threaten to crush Sue Ann if Chris doesn't give in. I just think Shannon's playful, jealous, and sometimes cruel nature would make for a perfect giantess!

Can't wait for the showdown! Still hoping for a giantess Shannon, but might also be awesome if Shannon becomes a giantess for a while and terrorizes the town and Chris, but then Rachel figures out how to grow even bigger and make giantess Shannon her foot toy to get her back for how she treated Chris. Would love if she gave her a taste of her own medicine and would be awesome to have two gisntesses. Overall though, if it has to just be one, Shannon's character is made for a 500 plus foot giantess who plays with the city like the goddess she would love to be...

Happy to see this story back for part 2! How small is Chris now, and how small do you plan for him to get? As mentioned, would love to see him explore Shannon's soles so small they looked like a vast, open plain!

Author's Response: To keep some realism to the story, I didn’t explicitly state how small Chris is currently because he can’t measure himself, but I did elude to his size when I stated that he’d realized he’d shrunk close to the size he’s been for most of the story (about 1/4 inch). I can say that is a little smaller than this, but without an exact measurement yet. As I’ve stated in other reviews, I’m trying to keep him big enough to interact with the giantesses and environment around him, but small enough to remain largely unnoticed. It’s a very delicate balance and I choose my sizes very carefully.

I’ve got your vote for a chapter with Shannon having Chris near microscopic size. Once the challenge is over, you’ll see who the winner is when the bonus chapter is posted. Thanks for your readership; Check back for more!

I love the super tiny 1/8 inch size, but I can't wait for some bare foot interaction at that size. Now that he has escaped the beetle, I'm sure hoping Shannon finds him soon for some additional playtime! Also still hoping Shannon finds a way to grow into a real giantess when Chris finally grows back!
