We all have our "OMG no not that!" buttons, right? Well, it took me one day to keep reading after she dropped the poor boy in Aubreigh's omelet (TIL it's "omelet" in English, but I'll go back to writing "omelette" in 3...2...1...), and I'm glad I finished the chapter!

Personal tastes aside(?), I was kinda wondering how on earth she was going to justify all the tinies telling the horrific story of what happened Brian, their faces would tell a very convincing story; now it seems you have fixed that as well - no horrifying story to tell (well, almost), and she can sneak in one more tiny due to Aubreigh being overwhelmed.

 

(checks former chapter) uhm, so Natalie was driving, will Aubreigh object to her brother being in there while she drives? Imho Natalie could concede that, she gets free Karma points with Aubreigh, follows her maternal instinct (what if he gets carsick, you name it), gets some plausible deniability in case she needs it and she can have a talk with her tiny son, eg "apologize or go back", or maybe she can commute the stay in her shoe into chores (shoe cleaning being the obvious choice).

(Not sure about the alternative to let Aubreigh drive)

Hahah! Oh no! Well, I'm glad you kept reading! Also, I may have spelled omelete wrong, I don't know... I had to google it because I couldn't remember!

Also, yeah, that was an awkward conversation between Natalie and Aubreigh. I had origianlly written a much darker version of the next few chapters, (the Chen's had all been squashed or killed this chapter) but like a told a couple others, I wasn't really happy with the darker tone... so the Chen's are still with us... for now. Who knows, I completely blew up my outline and am re-working the ending.

I think Aubreigh is more worried about her dad at this point and is pretty peeved at the tinies and isn't really going to worry too much about her brother for the moment.

Man, I cannot wait to see what happens with Mr. Beaumont! Another great chapter, I really thought Brian was a goner!

Haha! He orginally was... (along with his mom and sister) but I decided not to go as dark... at least not yet. Thank you!
