You mentioned in your previous reply about whether or not you should include TV/CD genre subject matter in your stories. Someone once gave me the best advice regarding writing a story. Not verbatim, but basically it was "Write for yourself, and an audience shall follow".
I have several stories where a shrunken male is made to be a French Maid {even a French Poodle dog}, though I am not sure if I have posted any of them yet. The fact is, I wrote them for myself, not to achieve a huge following. No huge following truly exists for any story over time, so write for your own enjoyment and a devoted following with similar interests shall slowly come into being. Write for a following of people who actually share your interests and writing style. You just have to be patient for your following to grow as you would plants in a garden in early spring. Plants and ideas take time to take root and grow.

The urge to write comes and goes. It is unusual for me to write twice in such a short space of time. Sometimes the story just won't leave my head until I get it written. I could find very few giantess stories with crossdressing elements. There is a trans story element from a drop-down, but I think that is mostly for trans giantess.
I post stories on Fictionmania, Literotica, and Bigcloset. Bigcloset is heavily trans. "Forced" anything does not go down well there. I have just posted this to the other 2 sites. It will be interesting to see how giantess stories are received on both sites. There are a few giantess stories on Literotica.
As for goals, I don't really have any. I may put some of my longer stories on Amazon when I get the time.

Well this is some creative torture, people have been turn into dolls or hade their sex changed in other stories, but in such a way, don’t think so. So its very unique. 👏
