Which is interesting, because in Roger Moore's early Bond movies, he met Sheriff JW Pepper, Louisiana State Highway Police, and at one point yelled out, "I'm gonna get the CIA on you! I'm gonna get Henry Kissinger!".... I think.



Author's Response: In truth, Henry Kissinger was supposed to be as much of an enthusiast for "Biblical" diplomacy as 007. ;-)
