Author's Response: Thank you. :-) Although, I'm embarrassed that I didn't catch that double usage of "knocked" during my initial proofreading. It takes me a minimum of two hours just to come up with five hundred-plus words! And, I _still_ find mistakes that I didn't correct before posting the chapter. Very embarrassing, indeed! :-(
