Hmmm! This is a real puzzler. Because, it sounds like--even if they could find another judge willing to bend name-change laws--that having Ben change his surname to something like "Bigger" wouldn't help much. Dolly would only become a giantess. And, a slow-growing one, at that!*

*Taking that increment factor into account.
