Good starts. Like the relationship dynamic if the characters and the focus on female body odors. ;P
Going forward I hope that the older sister gets influenced by the younger sister concerning how to treat the little one.:)
Doesn't have to be full sadist like another review said, but maybe have instances where she would observe him actually getting excited about certain humiliations and body odors. Maybe have him sniff dirty socks and panties of them while he thinks he is alone, and have her secretely watch.
So it wouldn't be one sided, but a progression from her and his side towards him becoming their somewhat willingly sex toy and fart sniffer. ;)

I think you'll enjoy where this story is headed then. Def not full on sadist, but there is a particularly evil character on her way and she will definitely making things difficult for Max.

I think it´s a good start. You have laid down the focal points of the relationship between the 3 main characters. You can work from there, going more deep into their stories and personalities.
I just hope you don´t make the young sister a full sadist. You can work with her fascination on the power she has over her brother, her recklessness in handling him and the consequences of her action. Just a sugestion for the future. it's just sad and boring when a character is made evil just because and acts as a psycho.

I don't want Megan becoming a sadist either. She's mean but she does in fact love her brother. However there is a new charcter on her way who will have a pretty strong influence over the sisters, much to Max's dismay.
