Tim was walking down the lonley street in his gas mask. Sleeping or dead Men, Women, and Children littered the streets. Police tape, papers, and all sorts of garbage blew around in the slight breez. Hospitals were full, emergency medical tents were set up in the park, stores were closed and ambulaces patroled the undisturbed streets. The whole city, state, nation, continent, heck, even the whole world was in this state due to the work of microscopic organisms known as "The Virus", an airborne disease that settles in your digestive tract, puts you in a coma, and absorbs nutrients from your body. What made The Virus so destrucive is that it was intelligent and had no known medicinal cure. However slowed down and weakened by the cold. This weakness was discovered by the leading scientest in the field, Doctor Jared Hager. He also discovered the only way to combat The Virus: physical combat. With a special armorsuit that allowed the wearer to shrink down to nearly microscopic size, one could travel through the digestive tract and kill The Virus one by one. He went in on the project with former military officer Captain Levi James Anderson. Captain Anderson equipped the armor and was able to free a few patients. However one tragic day the virus adapted, ableing itself to kill Captain Anderson. Upon his father's death, Timothy Anderson came to resent Doctor Jared Hager.

As he walked home, stepping over bodies, beagers, and protestors alike, he recieved a phone call. Upon checking the coller ID, he decided not to take the call. Moments later, he was called again. Wiith a grunt, he answered. "This is Dr. Hager, am I speaking with Tim?" After a moment of silence, he answered. "Yeah."
"Would you mind swinging by the lab on your way back from school?"
"Yeah. I mind."
"I thought you might say that, so I already cheked with your mom. She'll be expecting you here until 5:00."
"Dang you."

Tim burst through the labratory doors. "What do you want?" He barked. "I know you blame me for your fathers death. Do you know what killed him?" He asked. "No." Tim admitted. "The Virus had always been classified into three catagories: The Spikes; Swarms of floating barbs that sweep away preexisting bacteria, Chargers, which sprint in and explode, cleaning out the larger organisms, and sweepers, the hunters who track down whatever is left. The adaptation was an archer, essentially an auto-turret that fires a laser beam that peirced his armors weak points, and then he was digested alive." He explained. "And why did I need to know this?" Tim asked. "The suit has recently been upgraded. But it still only reacts to his genes. Only a descenant of his can operate it. You are his only child. I want you to wear the armor and finish his work. Complete his legacy. Take back the human race." The doctor pleaded. "No way. The Virus will just adapt to the improvements." Mr. Anderson argued."It's a smart-suit. Partially intelligent, connected to your brain. It adapts too. And if all else fails, it will transmat you out with any leftover energy." He explained. "My answer is still no." Tim stated once more. "Thought you might say that. You'd recieve a significant sum of money... and have you met our first patient?" He said pulling aside a curtain. "Elise!" I said running to my unconscious girlfriend's side. She lay there, sleeping beautifuly. "I'll do it. Just this once I'll do it. I'll do it for her." Tim kept saying. "Good. If you would kindly step onto the platform." He said.

Black goop engulfed his body and hardened into seamless armor plating, which then absorbed into his skin, leaving him standing there like nothing happened. "This is new." Tim commented. "It's bio-armor. Seamless, unpiercable, infraskeleton."
"How does it work?" Tim asked. Doctor pulled out a pistol and empied a magazine into his head. All the rounds bounced off. "About that well." He answered.
"When do I start training?"
"About... right now. In her mouth."
"Let's get started." He said as he shrunk.
