This was a fun little story. It's so good to see more fantasy giantess stories. The opening alone had me interested to see what would go down.
I very much enjoyed the opening setup and characterization of Faelyn. I think the opening and her little moments of racism really spoke to the character we were going to get and I really enjoyed it.
The reveal was pretty well done and the cerulean elf was very unique. We don't get many multicolored giantess these days so seeing a blue skinned elf with a blue lined interior? Definitely my favorite part. X)
All in all an enjoyable return, glad to see you making more stories and hope to see much more in the future!

Well I want to jump in here and say a little something real quick. I wasn't really doing much other than just perusing nano stories and here I stumbled across this one. I've very glad I did.
Besides the beautiful imagery and descriptive language you use to convey the intent of the scene you have an understanding and power to denote scale with words that frankly isn't seen very much anymore. More so than most anything I've read recently I could feel how big this woman was and I loved it! It left me quite impressed. As this was a more recent edition I do hope this story is not concluded. I would love to see where you take it from here! :D

This was one of my two favorite stories of last year, one I've followed and will continue to follow, very closely. You're honestly just a master of the craft: your descriptions are always on point, you perfectly illustrate the scale of the individuals and paint a vivid picture of the scene being described.
As far as story wise, I'm loving the each chapter perspective shift and this seemingly gradual unraveling that seems to be taking place. Maybe I'm shooting at the wind here but it really feels like Jamie is going to push the Lord of the Flies portion the summary was warning about and ruin everyone's Gilligan Island vibe.

A Lilliputian guy named Sam is taken in by a Brobdingnagian mother and her two daughters after his city is crushed. He isn't quite sure if he is a member of the family, or a pet. But as the daughters become women, they are overly comfortable naked around him, which he doesn't mind.
However, the elder daughter gradually develops a taste for abusing and killing those smaller than her, and comes across some other survivors of the destroyed Lilliputian community.
This shall be one of my new year's resolutions! To write reviews even if I don't have much to say and encourage artists I wish to see more from! XD
This is the second of two Swiftverse stories I've seen in the New Year and I really hope that means we get a ton more of stories set in this world.
You seem to be doing something different here by placing this within the bounds of the real world if the reference to Winnnebago being their living location is anything to go by. I'm very curious to see if that trend continues or is just a one off.
Admittedly, I'm disappointed to see yet another blond giantess in a sea of blond giantess but I am no less excited to see how the story plays out. despite that The premise is already pretty interesting and the reveal of another person Sam's size at the end is very intriguing. I'm taking this is the Emily that was mentioned before? The name doesn't come up anywhere else in the text.
My only other critique would be to spread out the information a bit more throughout the story proper. While a much needed explanation of his life and a well written scene, the ending feels like an exposition dump and the actual conclusion is much to abrupt. Other than that looking forward to see how this story plays out X)

What I've found I love in giantess stories is that where the giants and tinies generally have their own societies (the same as ours) that exist simultaneously. Brobis just don't think about Lilliputians much at all, and when they do interact with them in casual everyday ways (like happening upon an ant-hill)- the consequences are make good stories. Obviously there's going to need to be a fair-built of world-building and I have been trying to work on a spread out purely narrative or descriptive info.
The war between Lilliputia and Brobdingnag rages on with no end in sight. Decades of bloodshed have made violence a part of life. Perhaps the two races will never be able to coexist? When a ceasefire is called, both nations are given the first and last chance to discuss peace. This is a story told from both of their perspectives.

I'm really excited to see where this goes. Starting the year off with some Swiftverse chracters? I'm 110% down to clown with this! While admittedly Magna Gratia was a bit too wholesome for me at the time, I nevertheless was excited to see it's title pop up in Most Recent every time it did and does. Speaking to that level of engagement I am already quite invested in this tale of yours. ;)
I also would like to pay key attention to specific details within this story. I really like what you did with the war. It's easy to see a big vs little conflict and say, "the big guys would always win because size". It's also just as easy to say, "the little guys have better technology, that's how they'd win" and not explain how they use said tech to keep an advantage. So to not only give an explanation as to why the small guys aren't getting steamrolled but the idea that they would turn to biological warfare to deal with their bigger opponents and that it would prove effective? It's not only a fantastic idea but rather novel in giantess literature.
The ending is amazing characterization of these two leaders and the worldbuilding being put to use is quite impressive. Things like the mention that the servant carrying the plane may have lost loved ones to the Lilliputian virus or the way Leon's attendants treat him speaking to their devotion and the respect he carries, really pads out the setting and people within it. Great details. I'm very excited to see this unfold over the next few weeks even if I'm more than a little sad it will only be four chapters. I hope this keeps up! :D

Admittedly, I'm not sure what you mean by Swiftverse. I made these characters myself. Either way, I'm glad they're appealing to you. The point of MG is to be overwhelmingly wholesome, so I'm happy this could be a welcome change of pace.
I did a lot of thinking when I planned out the scenario. I wanted the situation to be dire, but believable. Too often do I see 'big people win because big', and it's so predictable. I think it's ironic how the Brobs claim to be a 'superior race' while their DNA is 99% similar to their smaller enemies. A virus that targets that 1% difference they're so proud of just seemed so fitting.
Thank you! I did my best to flesh them out with the little 'time' I had. I keep my short stories to 4-5 chapters at most, and since I wanted equal time with Leon and Alyssa, that forced me to do 4. I hope my characters come across as people rather than big person and small person. Size is just a tool I use to convey a greater idea. I hope you enjoy what comes next!

In a world where 'Giants' and 'Norms' try to coexist, a young college student visits a suburban neighbourhood to look for her research partner.
Great concept to open up the year. I very much enjoyed the simple premise of "study buddy group project with a giga giant". Pretty inventive the way you bring it out. Immediately caught my attention and held it throughout the story.
I admit I'm disappointed to see another blond giantess. Figured from the description of a farm girl with freckles she may have been better cast as a redhead or something else but that's more a personal preference than a true criticism. Just too many blond giantess around.
For English not being your first language this was well written and well presented. Formatting was good, didn't see many errors so great job there!
Some pretty solid worldbuilding. Standard stuff, nothing to out of the ordinary but a good primer for the world you're taking us too. It would be interesting to see how some populations fair within this setting. It seems that Giants would be the dominant species so how do country and domain borders function between Norms, stuff like that.
Only real thing I can offer is descriptions. Descriptions make or break giantess stories and I think adding even more detail to the consequences of Miriam's actions would benefit the story tremendously. That's not to say you don't have some good details already. There were some pretty vivid scenes and images in here. I think if you just built on those more with some more details describing how the Norms are impacted or what the destruction or how things are being destroyed by various body parts, what have you look like you could bring them to life that much better. You had some pretty good descriptions of her size in this, which I appreciated. Many writers don't really illustrate the size difference very clearly so it was good to see it represented here.
Other than that, solid start to what I hope will be an ongoing series. Excited to see what comes next! :D

Making Miriam blonde was kind of a spur-in-the-moment decision. When I imagined her for the first time she just seemed blonde to me, which is weird because normally I don't particularly favor blondes myself, so I defintely understand where you're coming from.
I do have some notes for one or two other stories that'll flesh the world more out. Personally I love NWO stories and the interactions they bring, so I plan on adding to this setting.
Despriptions is something I've definitely noticed myself too. They really are what makes a story stand out.
Not being descriptive enough is actually one of the irks I had with the story before I posted it, so it certainly will be an area where I'll strive to improve.
This story was initially intended as a One-Shot, but I do have some notes for more interactions between Justin and Miriam, as well as the world around them. So perhaps there will be another chapter to this story somewhere in the future.

Welcome to Mammotham, a coastal trading hub where nothing exciting ever happens... Or so it would appear on the surface. Those who have their ear to the ground will hear crazy rumors about the city and what lurks within it. Giants hiding in plain sight; Otherworldly creatures wandering the streets in disguise; Monsters that look like humans and humans that look like monsters; The list goes on. But these are surely just tall tales and the ramblings of madmen. It's ludicrous to think that a woman the size of a building would go unnoticed in such a busy city, and a man-eating sorceress who shrinks her victims would be all over the news. There's no chance any of these stories are true, let alone all of them. Right?
A series of one-shots in a loosely shared setting, each featuring a not-quite-human being living among hundreds of thousands of people who remain none the wiser about their presence. Some have a symbiotic or even benevolent relation with humans, others more of a predatory one. Dare you find out which is which?

Every day I don't see this story updated in Most Recent is a sad day indeed. As I would hate to see this story fall into the fate of so many and be silently discontinued here is a review. I apologize in advance as this is not as thorough as my usual reviews (which is why I had refrained from reviewing yet).
This story so far is fantastic. You immediately hooked me with the concept (essentially the idea of a sleepwalking giantess. It's just not done often) but mostly with the descriptions. It is very, very rare to see a story like this, of this rampage genre, told from the perspective of those underfoot as it were. As such I very much appreciate that this story gives a very much needed viewpoint shift and we get to see from the perspective of those below.
In concert with that the imagery used to describe the giantess and the encounter with her are stark and vivid, spectacular descriptions that go above and beyond, not only making this a narrative worth getting invested in but something sensual and beautiful to be observed (Excuse me if I became overly poetic).
The last two chapters in contrast left some to be desired with their brevity and lack of much, but I take that more as a lack of reviews censoring motivation than a fault of the story or writer therein.
For now, I am watching this story with great anticipation and hope it lives up what it has set out for in the first chapter.

My 3rd/4th story as I simultaneously pen a mega couples story is of a similar ilk to the other two I have written. A little larger but still comfortably mega as the title all too obviously explains, another young woman thrust into a situation she has little control over. How will she react? Well, you will just have to read to find out. Or at least read the various warnings first if indeed some things are not your cup of tea. Either way, unlike my last two stories which took place in generally made up areas, this and the other take place in realish world locations. Big ups to google maps and the measure feature to strive for some accuracy albeit geographically skewed. Since this story takes place in 2018, not to mention the growing woman this is purely fantasy, all resemblance to those living and rainbow bridges is strictly coincidental, reader discretion advised, now on with the story.
This story is great! It's quite rare to see a black giantess rampaging through the countryside and even rarer for them to be at this size. I've been thoroughly enjoying this story and have been vivaciously waiting to see how it and your megas couple story progress.
Your descriptions are amazing, you do a great job of describing the size of things and I love the perspective switches allowing for plenty of time to get the viewpoints from those experiencing Sanctity's rampage first hand.
The only real big critique I have to offer at the moment is please split up your paragraphs more. In both this and 4,000 the paragraphs are just humongous. Almost as big as the individuals they are describing. It makes it incredibly difficult to read and is the one complaint I've constantly had throughout both tales. Other than that, very much enjoying these and looking forward to more updates.
Thank you, progress stemming from the realities of 2024 make this 2018 fantasy ever challenging. Unfortunately as my titles go I am always stuck with the plays on words even after several better ones come to mind as I write along unsure if I had really come across many similar premises. This along with my over reliance on chekov's guns, macguffins and the inevitable ex machinas to come.
I have a way of writing, involving repeatedly banging the brim of my cap against the keyboard and then making sense of the gibberish and somehow I keep missing the Enter keys. I kid, I will try to break up some of these daunting dense dungheaps of text I keep enlarging from the outlines to scenarios to full on run on sentence bearing beasts. Oh, like that one. This story is fantastic, there's so much to love here! I love Naomi as a protagonist (sad to see her go, RIP) I love the scale and nature of the giantess, which you did an excellent job illustrating with descriptions, even if some of the numbers went over my head a few times. I love the giantess is vaguely of Eastern ancestry getting to see more diverse giantess is always a plus in my book. XD

Overall, especially for a first story this is written exceptionally well. As mentioned you've done an excellent job here describing the setting and characters and specifically in illustrating the scale of the giantess. I think the characters we got to see were pretty well done, I really empathized with Naomi and felt pretty bad for her, and you definitely get a sense of the direness of the situation. I think my only real complaint would be just to get more descriptions from the perspective of the people on the ground, running from or under the giantess as she moves. Those are the absolute best perspectives to fully paint a picture of how big your giantess is and can help relieve some of the burdens through use of numbers.
All in all an excellent first story and I'm excited to see what more you bring to the table. I will be looking out for your name in the future to read what you put out. Keep it up! XP
Oh my gosh, thank you so much for this review! It just made my day, lmao. I’m really glad you liked Naomi, I put just as much effort into her as I did my giantess, if not more lol. And yes, most of my giantesses will be outright Asian or of vague Eastern ancestry if the story takes place in a made-up location such as this one. For me it’s easier to write them if I can identify with them.
And gotcha, less numbers, more scenes from the perspective of my normal-sized people. I’ve already been working on my next story, so I hope you’ll look forward to seeing it!

Wanted to drop in and make sure I left a review for this one. It's pretty rare to get these kind of good Giga and Crush stories these days. While I am disappointed to see yet another blond giantess, the crush scenes were pretty well detailed and I very much like the seemingly disconnected beginning that establishes the difference in scale while also highlighting the insignificance of the humans caught in this rampage. Don't get good takes like that too often these days. Overall, pretty good, would enjoy seeing a continuation of this.
Maggie loves her dog Gracie more than anything else in the world, preferring her pet over most people. Maggie is out for a walk in the busy city streets with her beloved pup when she suddenly grows gigantic, finding herself towering over everyone and everything. The people of the city tremble in fear as a newly giant Maggie searches for her precious Gracie amongst the tiny landscape.

I don't want to drag my feet on these reviews anymore so let's get down to brass tacks. I'm very interested in this story and it's progress. You are an amazingly talented writer with very great descriptive prowess. A classic giantess rampage tale from you is a great way to start the new year.
Maggie's character is very interesting at this point in the story. Personally I feel she embodies all the worst traits of people with pets or who love animals, in the aspect of caring about animals more than or at the expense of the lives of their fellow man. It's certainly an interesting trait, one I think works well to differentiate her from other giantess characters, both of your own and other works.
Now personally I would love to see her take her shoes and socks off and stomp around barefoot buuuuut whether that is in the cards or not will wait to be seen! I don't wish to influence your story with my wants. ;P
As for now, an intriguing premise one I'm excited to see the direction you take with. Your stories are always a delight. X)

So, to your point, exactly. I really liked this epilogue chapter. It's a neat kind of aftermath thing we don't ever really see in these types of stories and I feel it's pretty close to reality. It was a dynamic look into the actual world Maggie was destroying and how they dealt with what she left behind.
Very much also enjoyed getting to see you write at a smaller size and hope to see it again sometime in the future.
Also, might only be me, but it's kind of refreshing to actually see for once comeuppance befall a giantess who engaged in mindless wanton murder and indiscriminate slaughter. Kind of ties everything together. ;)
