I'll answer the size question first, since I feel like I really have been loose that part. I may have made it seem like he's multiple sizes up to this point, perhaps.

But he's small enough to swallow, which is an inch (or less) 

That's what I'd prefer, at least. 

And the titan tag is just there because that's what I felt like Shute's roommates' sizes would seem like to him during his perspectives. I might just un-add that and take away the titan tag.

But ultimately, if you like, just imagine he's whatever size makes most sense to you?

I'm not the greatest author by any means, and I apologize if there's any, uh... confusion I've caused (or will cause) lol

Author's note: Not sure whether I'm going to continue contributing stories.  Twenty years ago, it wasn't uncommon for my GTS stories to be read hundreds of thousands or even millions of times and generate hundreds of comments and discussions.  I've watched that dwindle to a few thousand views and two or three comments.  If no one is actually reading what I write any more, there doesn't seem to be any point in throwing away time and effort on work which will vanish largely unseen.

The freckle is representative of obsession.  Fetishism is defined by a sexual attraction to a non-sexual thing so intense that it must be present for sexual arousal.  In this story it's a kind of meta-narrative within an already paraphilic narrative.  In this case size paraphilia is normalized while the freckle becomes a kind of diegetic stand-in.

I'm sorry that my response is so late! I've been really backed up with unfortunate mishaps in real life. I have not abandoned it though, and hope to resume writing very soon! To answer your question... if I included a line at some point calling them thousands of times smaller, it was likely in reference to their body mass, not their physical height! At (a relative) 0.3mm, it would sadly be very difficult for an Arpakie to be able to observe human facial expressions! As such, humans are roughly around a humble 2 cm when compared to Arpakies.

At 1/2,000, even the foot of the smallest of girls would be massive already. At 20 cm, a foot is 400 meters long which would require about a minute to run accross. 


Though I kind of would like if the main character was smaller and the premise kind of allows it, I understand that you have several ideas that you want to write for a character which is 1/2000th their size.

The premise does not allow him to be smaller. The virus shrinks to 1/2000th, that's the rule. If you want even bigger differences, I suggest you try the many Giga stories on this site.

Sorry I just realised that my review may have sounded rude

The first part is to show that the current size is already really small(since there were a lot of comments for smaller size) not to tell you off about how small the character is.


What I meant by the premise allows it would be, you could have made the size 1/100 or 1/5,000 but instead you made it 1/2,000 which might be due to you having scenarios in mind specifically for that size and making the character so although I would prefer a smaller size, making the character smaller or bigger may hurt the story instead.


Anyways, this is a great story and I am hoping to look forward to more
