In the aftermath of a shrinking epidemic, society lacks proper infrastructure to deal with those affected. While several companies are trying to profit by building communities for them to live in, the shrunken victims are now stuck in limbo—the government labeling being tiny as a disability for legal reasons.

The story follows Colt, a man who had essentially given up on life, spending most of his days in isolation counting down the days until the tiny communities open and he’ll be able to feel normal again. Seeing his plight, he was invited to Crestwood Institute—a school for the "differently-abled." It may not be perfect, but it is considered the best way for the man to continue his education.

Now I have to attend a school where everything is either twice or half my size. At least there's a 13-foot-tall Oni girl here who seems friendly enough.
