Summary:

A group of tiny people gather in a meeting room tucked away in what remains of the Historic Leningrad Communist University in St. Petersburg during the summer of 1999.  From there we weave an elaborate web of stories following various characters across this urban fantasy historical fiction multisize melodrama which explores themes of disability and alienation in a failed state.
