Nice story of a gentle giantess, with the setting reminding one of Gulliver's travels. I have to agree, playful and gentle is certainly appealing for some readers like you and me. The political satire is integrated well so as to interest readers without pulling them out of fantasy escapism.

Maybe it is because I'm a newcomer to the community, but I've gotten tired of all the violent GTS stories. It seems like the giantess/giant always becomes one dimensional, a being existing to torture and kill the tinies. Not that there is anything wrong with them, for I do enjoy them, but I long for a well-written gentle giantess story. One with an actual plot, which I have found in this story.

This is why reviewers like Shrimp seem not to understand that the GTS fetish isn't monolithic, and not everyone enjoys the same thing. I don't mean any offense to them when I say this, because I'm sure that they are trying to help according to their mindset. I'm glad that the author is open-minded on this subject. I believe that authors can write for themself and appeal to readers at the same time. A gift to write good literature, so why not use it for your own happiness? Readers like me will tag along in the meantime. Commendations, Author Pixis!

This is arguably the good ending out of the two you wrote. A new world government, created by a force powerful enough to take on the world and win. I do not how much power the Supreme Chancellor has, but it is implied that General Veers has dictatorship powers, which considering that the Confederation of Nations rules the entire earth, is a cause for concern. Power corrupts, and not many Cincinnatuses end up with power in history. You also have to take into account the individual's, in this case, Veers's personal beliefs. How can he administer the entire world, with vastly different regions, geography, cultures, and peoples? Is the Confederation of Nations democratic? Will people be represented, or merely squashed when they raise complaints? How about all the issues plaguing the world, such as hunger, poverty, disease, etc? Problems within each (former) country? Power is not enough to bring peace, as knowledge is required as well. I can see a dystopia resulting from this. Nevertheless, this is a really great story. I'll be following you, author.

My friend, the psychology you wrote here is excellent! For instance, the rush Violet experiences can be compared with sadism. Someone with sadism gets a rush of dopamine and other pleasure neurotransmitters when they hurt someone, whether small pranks observed in everyday sadists or larger, more serious acts. Someone's moral guidelines also play a role. For example, malignant sadists wouldn't feel much reserve when torturing someone; they're only focused on gaining that rush. This raises questions on where Violet stands in this spectrum. The psychological manipulation by General Veers is fascinating as well, because it can be argued either way, good or bad. Violet's reactions showcase the conflicting thoughts within her, juxtaposing her pre-growth life's insecurities with the opportunities to assert herself in this new life as a size-shifter. In a world where the giantess can't be harmed by conventional responses (illustrated wonderfully by the detailed process in which the bomber crew dropped the thermonuclear bomb), the battle in the mind will be the deciding factor. I also like the quotes at the beginning of each chapter foreshadowing what is the come as well as the complimentary illustrations to the text.

I never expected a GTS story to mention Rommel and the Romanian front of ww1. The history nerd within me is pleased.

Lilly's a sex-crazed sadist. How could John even mentally survive all that torture? Also, thank you authors for this amazing story. I can't wait to see if John escapes or not. He is basically an indestructible sex slave who will suffer for eternity unless he somehow frees himself.

Cruel giantess story with a tinge of historical reality. That powerless feeling of not being able to fight back is magnified by the injustice of the situation.
